On Order

The information on the tab is updated when:

• purchase orders are committed to reflect outstanding orders
• receiving slips and shipment bookins are activated to adjust quantities received

Where the purchase order has been attached to a Shipment, the shipment details included ETA are displayed in the grid. Information can be filtered by selecting a specific warehouse and/or selecting a different filter in the bottom left corner of the screen.

• None - displays all purchase orders for this item
• Outstanding - displays only purchase order where stock is yet to be received
• Unbalanced - purchase orders where quantity received <> quantity ordered (could be more or less)
